Annual Report Marathon of Mythical Proportions By Zac Pinard, MBA '07
The curtain had just been pulled on the 2006 Annual Report when gears started turning for this year's event. It was May 25th, 2006 when Shelby Wong, Andy Yang, and Zac Pinard (MBA '07) sat down in the remnants of an old bomb shelter to discuss how to make the 2007 Report a once-in-a-lifetime student experience.
"I've always wanted to give the audience something they have never seen," said Andy. "Llamas, activity-based cost accounting, and references to boy bands are too common these days." Shelby then added, "We all agreed that a digital flamethrower or extended scenes of our shirtless classmates would truly inspire an audience."

Who Am I?
I am a green bean that can't drink Guinness or eat chili. I am from the same town as the great Joe DiMaggio. I grew up on an island paradise and am beginning to question why I chose to live in a four-season city again. Finding out that The Tombs no longer serves Corona was the low-point of my year. In 4th grade I wanted to be a Pink Lady, and am still in search of my cool, cool, cool rider. My brother is really my cousin, and no, we are not from West Virginia. I have flown a plane over the Golden Gate Bridge. I hyperventilate when snorkeling but really want to scuba dive. Water polo is the best spectator sport ever. I can only eat broccoli with mayonnaise. My roommates tease me about my binge shopping at Costco and choice of bad Netflix movies. My iPod has all the really good bad songs. I have cleared out a karaoke bar before. I have ridden at least one live bull. I'm incapable of being politically correct. The 49ers will see the glory days again. My life goal is to wail out a song like the pre-Bobby Brown Whitney Houston . . . just once. I prefer not to travel in taxis that are on fire . . . Who Am I? Continued Here... |
